A Day in the Life of a Customer in 2015

EcoAlign worked with the The Customer Care Research Consortium (17 major energy providers serving more than 40 million costumers) to develop a vision for a new customer experience in 2015 driven by the changes that need to occur and the opportunities that can be captured. Partnering with 8-Emmy Award winner Part2Pictures we articulated the vision through the creation of A Day in the Life of a Customer (DILO) multimedia production for multi-purpose use.
